Improve your sleep and transform your life. In five 45-minute sessions, you will have a clear roadmap to getting a better night’s sleep. After you complete your 5 CORE coaching sessions, you get two additional 30-minute check-in sessions to use in the 6 months after finishing your core modules. Use these to refine your sleep strategies, learn about new sleep products on the market, or discuss new issues with your sleep.
CORE- Plus Sleep Coaching

Perhaps you need more ongoing support to maintain your motivation and focus on sleep. Or maybe you need to refine your home and work environment with optimal lighting, bedding, and use technology wisely. After completing your 5 CORE modules, you receive an additional 60-minute home and tech session AND 3 additional 30-minute check-in sessions to use at any time in the next 12 months.


CORE-Premium Sleep Coaching
$895
Sometimes life, and sleep, is complex. If you have complex medical or mental health issues, including chronic pain, addiction, and trauma, you could benefit from additional coaching sessions and more targeted support. You receive the five CORE coaching modules, plus four additional 45-minute modules specific to your unique needs. You may need help with your CPAP routine or learn how to best communicate your sleep issues to get results. You could need more practice with changing your home and your mind to feel comfortable, safe, and ready for sleep. CORE Premium gives you the additional time and attention you need to make lasting change!
